Orders are shipped from our headquarters in the United Arab Emirates and we ship internationally. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $217 (AED 800)
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
If your location is not listed, please email us at info@alinaluxe.com and we will do our best to arrange the shipment for you.
All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Our operations are closed on Fridays and Saturdays. 
  • We offer next day FREE delivery across the UAE for orders placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm, will be dispatched the following working day.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for the UAE.
  • For other Middle East shipping, please allow 3-5 working days.
  • For International shipping, please allow 5-7 working days.
  • Due to COVID-19 please expect a slight delay in your shipments.

  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit card.
  • Making multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Alina Luxe will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Please be aware that international orders may incur customs or import duty fees.  You are responsible for payment of these charges. They differ depending on the country you are ordering from. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
We are committed to delivery within the above time frames, however we are not responsible for failure to deliver for reasons outside of our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order. During sale periods, delivery times may take a little longer. Alina Luxe is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Our courier partners cover wide geographic delivery areas. Some remote areas may not be covered or may have less frequent deliveries. Under these circumstances, we will do our best to facilitate your delivery.
